Find out how to enroll for a degree program in Georgia and what steps you need to take.

Admission to a Georgian university

To enroll at a university in Georgia, you must go through the admission process. Georgia is a member of the Bologna process, therefore diplomas from accredited universities in Europe are recognized. Tuition fees for demanding faculties are available in English.

Graduates of Georgian universities have the opportunity to continue their studies in industrialized countries, including the USA, if they have a good GPA.

Required for enrollment

To apply to study in Georgia, you will need the following documents for university admission:

- Valid passport

- High school leaving certificate

- English language certificate - B1 / B2

Once your application has been approved, you will need to have your documents translated and validated by the National Centre for the Improvement of Education Quality. It is possible to complete this procedure through a legal trustee. You must then sign a contract with the university and pay the tuition fees.
